Ran Otto at the weekend after disconnecting the EAS blue hose - compressor definitely not doing it's thing. Compressor off and stripped, can't see anything wrong, although after only about 100 miles the piston to barrel seems pretty loose and I'm sure it shouldn't be. Replaced the HP side O ring and checked the reeds - register marks and scoring, wondering if they are allowing pressure to damage the new seal instead of build and go into the system.
Plugged it back into the box, forced the pump with the nanocom, output still rubbish,
Thinking a cheapo pump to replace it and keep woring away. Maybe get some feeler gauges and cut myself some new reeds as a check. At least a piston seal / cylinder kit is only about £25 but done that twice already....

PM Kurt. End of.

Check with William in Lincoln. I'm guessing he'll likely have tested units on the shelf for next day delivery. His mobile: 07903167575

If the compressor is feeding a leak it will fail very quickly.

Well it pasted with a couple a bit to sort out, the rear center brake light has a few out and the tyres need changing soon, happy bunny with all the work i have done on it over the last couple of years there was not going to be anything mechanical and it was noted all the new bits.

I have a rear centre unit but you will have to get it off the car.
