I had cheap ones but they were decent. Not BP was some company I’d never heard of. I’m due for turbo pipes - it’s basically the same damn stuff but put ‘turbo’ infront of it and your looking at the best part of £100! Bastids

I made my own ones up using silicone bends and straight pipe it was cheaper then the silicone kits you can get and they do it in a selection of different colours i had to go for red obviously:D
think it worked out about £40

I know air can get drawn in when you get a coolant leak, that's a known and proven fact. But can that air cause higher than normal system pressure by way of hot spots/micro boiling?
I guess I'll only know if i cure the leak and the pressure settles down
There is something odd going on, I have never seen a hose repeatedly leak like you seem to have.

My daily routine is at least two before I get dressed. Daren't look in the mirror without them. Recently, I have to have a third. I used to have 10-15 a day when I was in the office. The girls then resorted to hiding the Nespresso pods from me and rationed me. How very dare they...evidently they thought I was totally "hyper". They obviously weren't wired up right!

Me too Kermit. On my third double espresso, to be followed by breakfast.
A few months ago I got one of them coffee machines It's 19bar it is like costa coffee, very addictive, so I only have 3 a week at most

Leaking on to the corner of the headliner, hard to see in the pics but there is moisture and this morning drips coming in through there!

New glass time me thinks!

Also need to do the steering wheel again! :)

Not the glass, its the seals, they are bloated like the metal, paint some stop rust in there to stop it, but dry it as mush as you can, with a hair dryer, then put it on

Have they damaged them removing them with an angle grinder? I'd guess they have, which is why they want to feed you a BS line to put you off getting them to do it.
Personally, when a garage spins me this kind of ****e, I just don't go back there. I do most of the stuff myself now though!
My thoughts exactly, unfortunately I don't have the facilities to do the work myself, but I know a good garage that can. You are also right in relation to going back to said garage.

I wonder where all the electrickery is going to come from. See the government is talking about charging,no pun intended,by the mile as it's losing so much revenue with the eco cars paying reduced or no road tax.
The mining and industry needed to build the things is also pretty huge and, um, not very green.
