He screwed me over and then hid the car away for months thinking the dust would settle before relisting it with his BS listing rubbish. The car is a shed and i would not touch it now if it were free. I bet any M.O.T on it will be a BENT one too as loads was wrong with it and the body work was bodged up too as it was in a poor state.
He has had several FAILED attempts to sell it again too at 10k and downwards and back to the 6k i was paying him. Greedy **** he is and a liar too. Plenty more out there in better condition with TRUE histories and NOT fabricated BS ones like he had. T200LHE - AVOID.

SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! A cracked windscreen has prevented delivery - i was given the name of a delivery driver "Lewis" and a promised delivery time of 1-2pm. It is now almost 4pm. I eventually got hold of someone at their offices - a chap named Lewis, who agreed with me, that by virtue of the fact he was answering the landline phone, was not on his way to deliver my car.

Ford will only reply over eBay messenger refusing to share any mobile contact numbers. I am confident this falls firmly under misrepresentation given the history of backing out of sales for similar fictitious reasons.

I have told him i will collect the car by midday tomorrow of being pursuing legal action. He took payment for the car over the phone via credit card (so at least i am protected).

If a cracked windscreen prevented delivery how did it pass the MOT yesterday? This was down as a failure when it failed it's test on the 11 August 2021 test number 84054140 7380 off side windscreen n an unacceptable condition and SRS warning lamp indicates a fault.The car passed yesterday with 39 extra miles since the failure.Test number 186275446159. If they get funny I'm sure VOSA would be interested and could check where the pass took place..:mad:

Don't wait turn up first thing,I don't know if @Enthusiastman has his phone number I know Ford phoned him up and was told in no uncertain terms to feck off,Ford wasn't happy about being slated on this forum and now moniters it as a guest,if he's reading this you are an untrustworthy cant

It really saddens me to read all this albeit also comes as no surprise. FORD MATHER is a crooked C**t of the highest order. The windscreen was knackered early last year when i bought it and he told me a new one was being fitted. it never happened. Its deffo had a BENT M.O.T on it too. DEFFO.
I feel so sorry for Harryc but i knew deep down he would default on the deal. Absolute crooked ****.
Ford Mather and his P38 T200LHE was my 3rd and final attempt at owning a nice P38 that i could improve and pamper. All 3 dealers and all 3 cars turned out to be ****s.

But Harry's paid for it by credit card,if it was me I'd turn up first thing and demand the keys or report it stolen.

Yes Alan. If everyone logs on to ebay and " REPORTS " him for fraudulent activities then he will get banned off ebay and also folk need to log on to his google website and run his review score down with negative reviews. That will **** him up there for starters.
He is maybe going bust too which is why he is conning folk out of their monies in advance. If i were harryc i would action a refund NOW on his card before its too late. Dealers like these should be avoided at all costs. ****ing ****s they are.
