Update on the mysterious tapping I've been getting, mostly at idle.
Since I've unplugged the apparently broked lpg 'driver' and done an adaptive values reset, I've not heard any naughty noises! Not a single tap!
Admittedly it was intermittent, but I've done a few miles today and not heard a peep..

V8s are fairly simple to strip down.. annoying that you can't take the rocker covers off without taking the inlet manifold off though
