Mine must be about to blow up because driving to work this morning I suddenly realised just how good everything felt, the engine, transmission, steering, suspension - spot on - it was running like a dream - almost too good to be a P38.

The calm before the storm?

Getting annoyed with BMS. Carted the Alphaline to work so their courier could collect it today. I got to work at 8, left at 6 and no where in that time did a courier arrive or even receive a phone call as to why. Looks like I'll be wasting most of tomorrow on the phone again.

I finally got in touch with them today, after failing to collect again.
Yesterday the driver had marked on his form "not ready for collection" for a product in the package in the dispatch area, but then to find that out he would've had to try. At the time he marked on the system we had an office full of staff and I was actually loading my van so I would've seen someone come into the car park.

Today the driver marked "collection delayed, more details needed". The stupid **** couldn't find out building even though we have a 12ft sign on the front saying who we are.

They are going to try again tomorrow now I've given them so many details how to get to us if he follows them he'll be standing on top of my desk. Although at this rate I am starting to think I should've just swallowed the £100 loss and move on.

I got a phone call from the courier today, he wanted some details because he'd carded the address BMS had provided him 3 times but no one phoned him back.

Turns out they'd given an address about a mile down the road and completely unrelated to the office address, couldn't even have been cobbled together by mixing my home and office addresses. God only knows how they managed it, but the battery was finally picked up.

Seems BMS just aren't equipped to handle customer service issues. It is really a good job I don't need my RR for daily driving, this has dragged on for over a month. Going to need to service the old girl when I finally get everything bolted back on.

I took a leaf out of your book and got a Bosch battery from a local shop, if it goes wrong they can get me a replacement within 2 hours as it is only a small shop they don't have space to store heaps of stuff. Right now I am trying to get my money back from being sold ****.
