Planning ahead here as I won't be getting under it until the weather improves. When the time comes, what compression should I look for on a compression test from my 85 2.5n/a diesel?

What minimum level should trigger a rebuild?

Many thanks in advance. I tried a search but couldn't see any numbers for the n/a engine.

Can't find actual values, the manual says that there should not be a difference of more than 70psi between cylinders.
Also that an increasing values indicates worn rings and a steady low value indicates valves or cracked head. Low values on adjacent cylinders indicates blown gasket between them.
