Gents, just had my local LR dealer call me up asking if I wanted 5 brand new take offs, hd wolf rims with Goodyear MTs (not sure if they're Wrangler forgot to ask) for £650. Great price and I wanted new Wolf rims anyway and these are white, same as my 110. I did have my mind made up to get some ATs but this seems like such a good deal maybe these MTs will do. I'm about 25 off road -75 on road but I do go places off road that get really crappy.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Ive got Cooper Discoverer STTs on mine which are advertised as 80% off road. Never had any issues with them, all I do is increase my following distance, more so if raining. Just incase

Just had a look at first post. If they really are as new, and the rims are all good, that is probably a good deal.
They're brand new rims and tyres. Basically Western Power went ape and bought every single 110 and 130 they could get before production ended and my LR dealer dealt with the vehicles. One of the things they wanted was different rims and tyres hence the deal.
Oh and I'm a potterer too on the roads, I get a peculiar pleasure from driving in a laid back manner, the engine sounds happier, if I can hear the turbo I feel like I'm being reckless!

Cant see you having a problem with those, tbh. Good tyres, good rims, good price, whats not to like?

Little bit noisier. You don't get the steering wheel dragging when you drive through standing water thanks to less footprint. Leads you into a false sense of security. Mine were on a v8 so I could push into under steer but soon mastered them
