What a Disco cant do!!!!

Discos lisen up...Ya dint like Gaylanders and cant accept that they are owfroadsters...well they are, proven owfroadsters! (nay point sayin they aint, cos ya know they are - look at the galleree fer only a selection of proof) Not ownly do they owf road but they look the business too...yeah, yeah they av there probs, but we still buy em cos wiv the downs come the ups.

So as well as bein capable of everyfin a Disco can di, they can do somefin a disco cant:

Land rover Freelander Rally (TLRC)

Disco wud fall over:

Land rover Freelander

Alreet a disco cud di this but so can a Gaylander:

gulp . . . .close the pub . . . .baton all hatches. . . .tratter attack imminent. . . . . .plookin run

what a load of ****... all the terrain is flat and smooth. yer they can go through deep water (with a snork) yer they can drive on snow (with chains) yer they can drive on sand with the right tires. but where are they in the mud and ruts. how much articulation do they have? how do they cope with cross axle situations? unless you spend $$$ modding one with underbody protection and lift kits they are fundamentaly ****.

Point is, Gaylander is a crossowver, can owfroad un also be a rally vehicle un roadcar wiv decent handlin.

aww i see... disagree with offroad, but i suppose it can rally. but then id rather have an evo8 if your spending $$$ on rally cars and handling

Thanks, thats wat I was lookin for...appreciation that it can do these fings...not the very best at everyfing but more than capable. Nay dispute that a disco is better at owfroadsterin or that un evo8 is better rallier. But faithful Gaylander cun do em all wiv confidence - mods accepted!

Secund Vid. Dunno wot the maximum angle is for a disco but have a look at the vertical noggin that on the inside of the back wheel stoppin it from falling over.

yep the gaylander is the best in its class orft roadin, a lot better then the disco. . . . .but nuffink i say nuffink can beat er fender. . . .be thet the end

Me factory standard could do pretty well but not as well as the rally prepared Version - granted, not claiming to have a rally car. But again point is Gaylander is jack of all trades.

love ta meet the GRUNT un sure yer motor can do it better but still fink myne can do it too, albeit slower un mere carful like. But yers cant fookin fly like a barsteward doon motorway and aint an agile as a Gaylander....

what is really wrong with a freelander?

it's more capable than most of the "chelsea tractors"

its still a landrover!

its got features that have found their way onto all except the defender.

i think its a good comprimise to all the other landrovers, ie;-

i cant afford a rangerover, a disco's too big and a defender aint practical as a everyday car!!!

plus i like the fact that its MADE IN ENGLAND!!!
and.... has the landrover badge on it!!

if its really that bad why was it the best selling landrover for years??
