What’s this wire...purple/black dash?

Found this wire behind my dash, seems to plug into left side of column. It’s been cut and replaced with a red wire then goes into engine bay and doesn’t connect to anything?

Any ideas? Should I remove and connect the purple/black back together

I also have this greenish/blue wire shown in last two pictures in engine bay, again connected to nothing. Anyone had any ideas ? It’s not connected to the red/purple/black wires I’ve mentioned above, seperate issue

The green one goes to the sender next to radhose, its for the temp gauge.
Don't know about the other, on some years purple is horn I think

Seems correct, I’m guessing wires been cut and red wire ran straight to horn for MOT then horn removed.

where should the standard horn be as id like to return it to standard

At the top O/S behind the grill, in front of rad on my 1990 90.
