I know somebody who has a D reg 110 pick up fitted with a 3.9 engine and Autobox that has been sat for some time, I had a quick look at it yesterday and it looked like it had some decent tyres on it, looked quite aggressive but I didn't note the size. I can find out the make & size if you want (it's local). Shame it's petrol as I was thinking of using it to move rubble around Whaddon.

How much is it going for?
and what tyres are they?

I will find out more about the tyres for you. I can get tyres fitted but I would have to give John a drink to borrow his machine.

I have: -

5 x Michelin 825-R16 with tubes
2 x Michelin 750-R16 XCL
1 x Good Year 750-R16
1 x Deestone 750-R16

2 x bent con rods in the Discovery
1 x Blown engine in the Defender
Another engine also with 2 bent con rod!

Time to keep out of the water or ensure snorkel is water tight.

I have a feeling it already had a bent rod, I have made it worst!

No 1: - 0.17 thou above block
No 2: - 0.19 thou above block
No 3: - 0.82 thou under the block
No 4: - 0.40 thou under the block

At the mo I cant remove No 3 rod out from the top, I read if you have a bent rod it's crank out. I will have another go at removing it from the top tomorrow.

At least I have another 2 engines to made 1 good one

They are just sitting in my garage so I may as well sell them: - £150.00 ono (they was on my Defender before the Fed's, also had them on the 90 and Series 3 before that) That's a point, it's time I got rid of the Series 3.

I didn't see anybody do the "Drop In Pit", I think there is only a few who do it!.

I dug a channel to drain some of the water out from the "Canal Run" So hopefully by the next session the level will be low enough to drive through it!

Hopefully somebody can get me some lengths of Armco, if so I'm going to put the bridge back into section 'G' (just up from the telegraph pole)

You will have seen from the Vid's that trucks could not get up the bank in section 'B' the old bomb hole has has spread across the bank so trucks just slip into it.
