Well, that happened then!

I dont always start things off with what happened was, but what happened was...

Anyway, on to what happened. I was on my way to work today to go and pick up my disco and get the welding done on it. My mate took me in the MR2 he bought yesterday, because his RRC has failed its MOT catastrofically. We were waiting at some stupid ridiculous temporary traffic lights and only 1/4 mile away from our destination.

Anyway, the picture says it all really...



If you can see the grey colour, Thats the car. All i will say is I needed a change of underwear!

Yep, not even a scratch. Im still counting my luck now. I said goodbye when it hit us :/ But on the bright side, we had 4 people cutting some lovely sized logs up or our woodburner!

well we were sat at the lights and i heard a cracking noise, the sound of a tree falling. I looked behind too see if anyone had just had a tree fall on them, then a tree fell on us!

Glad you're all OK, but it could have been worse ..... it could have been a ragtop MR2

It could have been even worse that that, it could have been my land rover!!! It was one of those T Bar types with the glass roof, thought it was going to cave in!
