weird steering wobble

i live in north wales
hi guys could anyone tell me why my steering wheel wobbles at low speed we have had the wheels checked the tyres checked the power steering pump checked the balancing the tracking what could it be i want to sell it and dont want to sell the car like that would apriciate any info :pop2::eek:

How worn are the front tyres? I've just bought a freelander and it had brand new tyres on the front, but quite low, 3mm tread left on the rear. As everyone says you should have the least worn tyres on the back, to save vcu/ird probs I swapped them round. Wierd wobbles at low speed was the result. Two more new tyres for the front sorted the problem.
