Disco 2 Watts Linkage Bushes

Evening All

Was getting my wheel tracking done today, and the garage has informed me that only the rears need doing, but they can't / won't do it until the watts linkage bushes have been renewed. Anyway, i asked him what he recommended, poly or rubber, to which he said that poly were loads better than rubber, although it would give a more firmer ride.

So, what's the general consensus on here, should I buy poly or rubber, and would OEM be the way to go?

Can I assume by this that you can't adjust the rear tracking on the TD5 Disco then?

no you cant ,but worn watts linkage bushes if very bad good throw the axle to one side a little

But it'll be fun to listen to the spanner swinger explain it ...
