Has anyone used this product yet? If so, is it available for both diesel and petrol engines? Any advice or guidance greatly appreciated. I've searched the sites on here but nothing so far has come up.

No I don't race. I understand that it has a higher boiling point and a lower freezing point. What interests me is what, if any, could be the benefit that it might bring to a TD4 diesel engine by reducing corrosion.

Waterless coolant is not a panacea. If your cooling system is not working properly then the coolant is not going to fix things...
The waterless coolant also is far better at corrosion prevention, since there is no water there is no rust formation...

In my experience even if you drain your radiator (flush) and fill with new stuff, all the crud in the head passages and the block as well are much more built up than you could ever have imagined...so anything added that is thick, is potentially dangerous if you do not have proper circulation...
I'd also argue that if your car is getting that hot, regardless of what coolant is in it, there's something very wrong that has nothing to do with the fluid itself. A healthy cooling system may run warmer with waterless, but there should be no other problems just because of the coolant...

your lr approved coolant will give you all the protection you need, its only motors run on very weak or just water that corrode

Thanks for a more detailed reply. I haven't got any problems with my existing cooling system. And yes, "If it's not broke don't mend it". But my view point is that this might be something that is relatively easy and cheap to lengthen the life of the vehicle.
 
Having raised this question and re-searched the site again, I can see that I'm now treading on old ground. I shall stay with what I've got. Many thanks.
 
Wheeler Dealers recently added Waterless Coolant to a TR6 that had the valves replaced to run on unleaded. I think the issue really are for hot engines such as sports model not cold ones like Diesels. While I watch the process it seem to me a long and expensive way of cooling especially if disposal or someone making an error.
 
It might make life easier in a K series because they seem to retain water like a colander.

Won't fix pressurisation from a failed head gasket though.

But, spend the money on changing the parts rather than the coolant, it's expensive and you risk dumping it on the road anyway if your cooling system isn't up to spec.
