you can get the gasket set for it y'know!! take off the plenum to access the underneath of it and replace gasket via the 4 screws!
it should be fine tho, i think its meant more for cold climates than the uk!

one of these pipes on mine was bodged with garden hose, unknown to me!!! when it finally gave in it caused o/heat and liner slip!!!

Replace the gasket after checking that the faces are flat & clean. Use Hylomar on the gasket faces prior to assembly..as Gav says, it's a relatively quick repair and the gasket is cheap. I'm a great believer in putting things back the way they are supposed to be.
