hi i have a 4.6 with water coming out the back on the right hand side of the engine its coming down from above the the cam ,thats as much as i can see but from where its coming from dont know i can see the corr plug on the head ,it s not that ,,,as i put water in ,it comes out the engine is fine ,well sound v good id appreciate some light on this ,,,thanks
