Loud whining coming from the water reservoir when ignition is on. Any ideas?
Also, reverse gear seems as though the clutch is dissengaged while rolling back. In other words, food firmly down on the clutch and its sticky as the truck freewheels backwards..
 
Clutch issues in reverse. Could be Hand brake is gripping some when in reversing. In other words the mechanism inside is not fully letting go.
