Water in oil, I need HELP !

Hi,

I have had the cylindertop off and skimmed, new multilayer head gasket fitted but it still uses water and getting water in oil
It has white exhaust.
I have replaced the air inlet with a new one because I thought water came in to the air inlet from the water canals on the sides.

I need help!

When cranking and having the sparkplugs off, water spits out from cylinder 4 but I don`t know where it comes in.
I suspected the water to sneak in to the cylinders from the two holes next to air inlet but I don`t think it does.

Can anyone give me some pointers on what to do next?

How do I check them and how should they be?

See the stickie. My assumption would be liners but I'm no expert

The liners need to be checked for hight above the block. They must protrude 1 to 3 thou. If 1 liner is low the gasket won't clamp correctly.
