Me again,
As you'll be aware I've swapped engins between a 03 and an 04 all so far has gone well but I have now come across a problem : the fuel coolers and are different! I did want to fit the one from the 03 large round one but found that the fuel return pipe is too short on the 04s chassis! So my problem in fitting the small square one is that I can't find a diagram as to how the water pipes run! My copy of RAVE only shows the pipes for the round cooler, which has a pipe on its end (hose pipe from heater) pipe pointing down which runs a hose to the header tank and "T" piece to radiator and then one from the front running to the bottom of the radiator lower pipe. Now the 04s fuel cooler has just two water pipes both of which point forward!
Can anyone please tell me how the water pipes should now run? A drawing or photo would be lovely.
