Watch lane nr Sandbach,Cheshire

Recently talked to Cheshire East council about this lane but they cannot do anything as the part that is CLOSED is on the unadopted side,there is a Road Closed sign at one end and three make shift bollards at the other,any ideas where to go from here as according to Trailwise it is a BOAT

The council told me the same about this.there is 1 lane open in haslington but no good

There's also one in Sandbach called Stannerhouse lane,quite a good little lane
