Cheers for filling in for me there Boydy! I've been at work I'm not too sure that number 4 is the fueling adjuster / smoke adjuster. There's a really long thin bolt on the other side of the pump pointing straight towards the engine block which I've always been told adjusts the amount of fuel that the pump sends to the injectors. They had to adjust mine down a bit last year to get it through the MOT. I could be wrong though
