VIS motor questions

Dear fellows,

i have questions about VIS motors as for 2.5 K series engine.
First of all does the VIS motor works with key on position two /engine off ? Means does it has click or sound?
Secondly , as i read threads it works only when engine reach rev. of 3k rpm ?

There are 2 Variable Intake System (VIS) motors 1 called Balance, and 1 called Power. They will be ready once the ignition is on, but they are under ECU control.

The control of the VIS system is complicated, and not just above a set engine speed.

apparently it has a complicated operation. Good to know stuff. Im gonna check mine if it is working or not, but since i have no enough skills to do what experts done on Youtube videos.
