Led me up bitches!

Shiney spanking set of new calipers arrived at my office today, i was going to rebuild the old ones but figured its almost as cheap to just buy new! And its alot less faff :)

Amazingly, the packaging for the pad retaining pins was bigger than that of the box for the pair of calipers! Mental! (we are such a wasteful country)

anyway, this will allow me to get my rear salisbury with discs on to replace the non working drums! also fit a new a frame ball joint, poly bushes and QT cranked trailing arms
ssswwweeetttt

its mental, a box 35cm x 25c x 10cm to fit a couple of brake pad retaining pins.

no wonder things in this country cost so much

aye ive seen a few different options regarding stuff like that, unfortunately i need a "show" vehicle so this one and the mrs 90 will be having panoramic glass.

Got the design tweaked yesterday after a final measure up so will be sending them off for manufacture :)

just bought a really tidy looking drivers side 2nd row door for £100

Bargain.

Cheaper and less hassle then trying to repair the current one!

Well I made a copy of a "boomslang" headlight harness today and hooked it up with the LED headlights. Much better, i think my old harness is knackered as even the leds were dimmer when ran straight off that.

Mucho bettero! and hopefully more reliable too :)

Just tried out those LED headlights, what a revelation! I can see!

I would say that there isnt much difference between high and low beam, ok a little but not as much as "normal" headlights.

Why is this, a mate of mine said he'd fitted a Boomslang harness and it improved lighting performance?

The old wiring loom is fooked, it wouldnt even power up the led headlights at all. The seperate harness just takes a signal feed from it to activate a relay to feed the headlights with 12v direct from the battery via chunky (and new) wiring.
