Ive put some in the 88 today, bit worried its a little too much over diesel mind, normally i put 20% oil in but I think its a fair bit more atm, I started it and it runs fine, even after revs.

i run my 200 tdi 110 on bio and neat veg oil (owt available) runs well but smells of old chippy , runs my 200 tdi well in summer but when temp drops it all goes thick and gloopy and my pump cant pull it through ,veg oil i find fault less.
:)You can get fuel pre-heaters to liquify it.Theyre common inCanada but ive not really come across them in the UK.You needa decent battery too!

SVO is 0.99p a litre in Lidl and Aldi. In Lidl its branded as Rape Oil whereas in Aldi its Vegetable Oil.

Just started my 200tdi on it and it sounds and smells lovely - gone are all the rattley bits in the engine. Drove a Citroen Zantia Estate on SVO for about 2yrs. Hoping it will help with the emissions on my due next month MOT!

I ran my 90 on used chip oil, I ran it on 70% chip oil, 30% diesel . No issues, stank of chips though.

I use 20 litres per tank full in my RR2.5 DSE

I have access to old oil FOC, leave it standing in a cold place for two weeks to let the wax settle on the bottom, then just run it slowly through muslin cloth leaving the wax in the bottom of the container.

Free fuel, dont you just love it :D
