Hi all
I contacted Bell engineering for a recon vcu + bearings on friday he said he would send it out monday and it would arrive tuesday and it did in the morning.
It is so nice to deal with a company that is so efficient.
The vcu + bearings were £245 including delivery.
I was going to do the job myself but I let my local garage do it as I have read on here it can be quite hard to split the prop from the vcu.
Took the car round to the garage today all completed and back on the road and it cost me £50 and I think that is good.
I called Bell Engineering and they are going to pick up old vcu tomorrow
Again what a great company and service.:D

Ken at Bell doesn't supply un-branded bearings, he uses a specialist supplier (he did give me the details once but I don't have them anymore).

Like DTO I also had to get bearings from that supplier as Bells had none in stock and they said that was where they got theirs from, that was 5 months ago and all fine so far but I don't do many miles although I'm taking the Hippo to Holland next week so they'd better not pack up over there! Lol
