Hi all.
Long time listener, first time caller here.
That's a lie I have posted before. Have beens steadily working my way through a rebuild and chassis change to my 98 300tdi 110.
Have been replumbing the engine back in getting ready to fire it up and found a snapped pipe that I cannot find a part number for anywhere.
It's called a vacuum spill pipe and runs from the top of the air intake pipe to the turbo solenoid valve on the bulkhead.
Is it necessary as the egr has been removed. I've blanked off the pipe that runs from solenoid to the egr.
Can I just blank off the top of the air intake and the valve or do I need to replace. If so how in the gods do I get a part number?
Many thanks if you've read this far. Really appreciate any help
