Hi folks
4.6 HSE 1997
Just shone a uv light in engine bay to detect anti freeze leaks and all I could find was oil leaks which appear to fluoresce blue.
Do I need to add a uv dye to radiator?
No idea what wavelength my torch emits.

Have you added UV dye to your coolant before ??? That's what I did to try and find a coolant leak, no coolant leak but my engine engine oil flouresed that's how I finally confirmed my head gasket was blown mixing coolant with the engine oil.
I can see no reason your engine oil would otherwise glow

pink is what it should be.

yes you add a dye to the cooling system (expansion tank) let it circulate then use the light to look for dye trace.

however, look for traces of pink, that will tell you where the leak is coming from

Ok I will give that a try ta and I will get the stuff to trace a/c leaks too
May as well get my money's worth from the UV torch
