using a 109 as a donor for a 90 project?

Basically I know next to nothing about defenders so be gentle...

I drive a disco but I want a defender 90 and I've just been offered a cheap ex mod 109...

Is there anything stopping me buying a 90 chassis and swapping everything over from the 109 to the 90?

I'm not bothered if it ends up on a Q my disco is and I couldn't care less!

Also other than obviously the rear body work what else wont fit when i switch it over?

90s cost a fortune tho and if I can pick up a chassis for a good price I could save a bit doing it this way..and it'll keep me busy now I'm not drifting.

Ye being from Doncaster is one of the reasons I've got a disco not a defender... I'm not spending thousands building a defender for some little c**t to take it when it's done.

For the price of a chassis you could chuck another 500-600 quid into it and buy a half decent 90.

Unless you're being given the 109 then i think you're going about it the wrong way, you'll end up spending a fortune.

What condition is the 109 in? I may be interested in a px.....
