Hi Folks, just seen forecast and looks like loads of white stuff tomorrow.... need advice quick, do I drive all the way to work (17miles) with yellow lever down? looking forward to my 1977 88" swb petrol earning its keep, just want to do it right...

I'll take it thats a no then..Sorry if it was daft question, but rely on you lot to answer ALL my daft questions. Always had discos before and now have the series really want to know all and be able to do as much as I can to keep it working and have to say love the thing...

That aside, I went the whole of last winter in high range 2wd apart from the odd occasion when someone needed a tow, or the gradient got a bit steep. As long as you drive sensibly and keep gentle momentum when it gets icy theres not much a series won't do

Disco, it does the work.... Series, you have to do the work! Much more satisfying when you get it right though.
