Urgent - BECM Needed - can anyone help plz??

Following earlier post and further Alarm/CL probs, garage have finally given in to the fact that a new BECM is required!

The local stealers have none, quoting weeks for delivery; any sensible suggestions please, both to getting one to start with, and to it being coded?

hi there im new but have seen some on ebay ? some come with all locks etc dont look expensive but there not new

Fairly new on here meself! Not happy goin the fleabay route; might get a bargain, more likely another box of bits tho with something as important as BECM!!

Need new or at least "proper" unit, and it to be coded??
 
Yes I have spare Becm's, Yes I can reprogramme them to your car.

As I have posted, I am over to the UK next Thursday (16th) until late January.
I need your existing Becm to obtain the coding data to copy to the replacement and if you shipped it to me in Ireland it's highly unlikely I would receive it before I leave..that's the worst case scenario and not worth the risk.
I will be based in Walsall, West Midlands during my time over there and could come down to you or you could come to me...your choice.
What model P38 do you have? Can you see the white label just above the Becm fuses, has it got a standalone "H" or "L" printed on it?
If you cannot wait until the back end of next week, "Rick the Pick", who is based near Brighton may be able to help you.

Please send me a PM if you need more info.

Havn't seen BECM meself so can't comment on H or L, but should be able to get that from them Monday........unless you can tell me where to look......I gather it's under driver seat???
