Had a set, easy to fit.
not really that impressed, went back to original.
two problems, first is the pipes freeze unless you use neat - 20 washer fluid (such small amount in pipe etc) and they are exposed often under a lot of ice / snow etc
second is they only provide a squirt in set position, so so get more of and even spread with original squirter nozzles.
Just my opinion etc
I've not used that particular kit. But I had the flat wipers anyway they are a great improvement.
I fitted a kit to them, that had 3 nozzles on each wiper arm. With extra turns of the hose from the tank to the wipers going round the heater pipes several times.
I've found the system I've used a great improvement, the only extra thing I've done is to replace the plastic piping with silicon tubing.

Had them on my old 90, worked well. Better than original as they actually got to water on the screen with the wipers with a decent volume.
Btw you can buy just the washer jets for around £4, they clip onto you original arms.

I take it you need to remove the top dash and connect the t-piece splitter to the tube from the washer jet pump?

Sorry, one more question: where do the pipes enter the bulkhead? Through the rubber grommets where the two single jets would go, through the hole left by removing the central twin jet or do you drill two new holes?

Pipes enter on the left side, at least on a TD5.

Does your centre twin-jet currently work? If so, just buy another one of those and put the two jets where the rubber grommet blankers are. Makes a big difference. I’d prefer more of a ‘spray’ rather than a water-pistol jet, so I need to find something that works.
It’s cracked so needs replacing with something. Think I’ll purchase the kit and give it a go.

Only way to combat this is neat screenwash -30 etc
I have a set of Peugeot 405 wiper jets (i thin, came form the scrap ard) on mine which is a long bar clipped to the wiper. Gives a lot of coverage across the windscreen as there are several holes an the bar is almost the same length as the wiper. Just fit a y peice in the original pipe and then feed the new pipes through the grommeted holes in the bulkhead for left hand drive wipers. The only down side as stated is that in the winter the tend to freeze, but are far better than the originals in every other way.
The only reservation I would have looking at that kit is the spray look quite narrow so you may not get a very good spread of fluid onto the windscreen

They are Daf truck washer jets as fitted to the older CF and XF models, up to about 2013
As metioned they like to freeze up solid at the slightest whiff of cold air and they also block up quite a bit, its rare to service a truck and not have at least one of the 4 holes blocked up.
