Off road is booked.
Have been offered the services of a burger van if sufficient numbers of
people agree with enough notice. Will cost £15 per vehicle.

Sunday lunch is booked, will cost around £6.50 for main and £2.50 for
desert, this may change depending on numbers, but not by alot.

If martyn is in agreement I will e-mail him some photos later in the week
for him to post on the website. Then basically it is up to you lot to turn
up. Am going to try to sort something out for Sunday morning for a couple of
hours, but have yet to figure out what.

Could you post a quick reminder of dates and location (for those of us who
need to book holiday from work well in advance)? I know you've posted this
before, but...

Cheers

i'm doing.

I'll probably be there. However, I've a birthday party to pay for at the
beginning of the month. Presuming there's still some money in the kitty by
then, though, I'll be there.

BTW, if any of you fancy it... 1st April. Meet up here, some dossing space,
plenty of dossing-within-tent space (and room to park a 'van or 2). Proceed
to pub. Current plan, if they can do it, is a moderate buffet, real ale,
live music from some folk lot who are alleged to play for a beer supply
(sounds like any other folk group I ever saw).

play with.

Dude...were already committed... very gutted but got to balance Mrs D's
desires with mine. Sadly cos of my job I have to book all leave way in
advance unless I drop very very lucky (only get 2 weekends in every 10 off),
combine that with the need for it to be school hols and any breaks away
become a nightmare, especially as the guy who covers me when I'm away has a
wife who is also a Teacher :-(
I'd feel less frustrated if I'd not initally suggested the dates in the
first place. spent New years eve planning and booking hol's on line... tis a
bit of a tradition.

:-(

We'll come along as well; most likely with a caravan.

Won't have to leave immediately either, so if anyone else plans on
staying till Monday or beyond, you'll have company.

Would have loved to have gone to last Octobers do, but in the same
month, we had just adopted a 2 year old dog with significant
fear/aggression issues, from the RSPCA, and it would not have been
fair to him.

I'm confident he'll be OK by April.

Neil
