uneven height disco2

evening all,i think this is going to sound familiar but my first disco of three weeks has developed a slight sag on the drivers side.
looking at other threads i have checked the air bags and the height adjusters.its around 25mm lower.
i manually moved the height adjuster passengers side and it responded,but the drivers side did not.
could this be the issue and could they both be replaced with out calibration?
