Big Ben isn't that interesting once you have seen it a few times.

And that is even now they have got the clock working again, and the scaffolding off the tower.

A lot of stuff in Britain is like that, once it was ground breaking, now it is just breaking down.
Tourists lap it up, but locals don't give it a second glance.
