Tyres - A good deal ?

Just got 4 brand new Pirelli Scorpion 235/70R16 tyres yesterday fully fitted, balanced, inc VAT etc.

Total price just under £339.00 from Micheldever Tyres

Seems a good deal to me, especially as I only live 15miles away from them. This was the first time I have used them but a few mates recommended them. They have a very slick & efficient set up which I found quite impressive.

The other quotes I got from local suppliers were all around £110 - £115 a corner.

Which sort of Scorpians - Road/AT/MT??

Road, they also have S/T and 105H M & S on them (going from memory as Disco is not with me at the moment)

I got a set of General Grabber AT2's for £85/corner fitted & balanced...

But I did buy 8 tyres at once!

Ostles Tyres have done all my tyres for the last few years - been excellent...

Yep, they are definately ST's.
