Tyre Tread cutter

Has anyone in the Bradford/Leeds area got a Tyre cutter? Rubbed all the inside of my Bfg's off coz my trackings out

Are they regroovable? You can't just cut any tyre

Fix tracking then, they are not regroovable. Is a dangerous thing to do

I'm not sure. I just know they are 85s And are 3 ply mud terrain. Back two are fine but I cant afford to replace the front ones. Found out steering bar was bent which is whats caused the problem I think but the fender has always driven straight

tis illegal to recut tyres that int marked as been regroovable.

tis also illegal on the steering axle even if they can be regrooved, never seen regroovable bfg's , I have some mtr's that are but same applies

I've gotta couple 235/85 muds, not great but legal. You can have 'em fer nowt if you wanna try LZ courrier service?

As mentioned above, you don't regroove front tyres full stop.

you have been offered some free ones. Take those and be safe rather than a tool and do something that could kill you or others.

Exactly. If you recut them you risk blowing out, its not fun.

Thonk OP has overloked the fact that the rubber is so thin the wires will be showing if he recuts them

Plus the fact if he has a accident and kills him self or some one else the insurance could tell him to fook of, and possible for prison time. Eat a sandwich while driving and kill someone you will get prison time.
