Tyre size wheel question

Will michelin xzl 7.50 be okay on 16jx7 alloy rims?
I ask as i have the same tyres on 5.5 rim sand they look nice and was a bit worried the 7 inch rims might be to wide.
I notice you can buy same tyre on wolf wheel which i believe are 6.5 inches wide so am hoping will be okay on the 7s
If okay saves me buying four new steel wheels.

Well i did search on here and the web everyone talks about the same thing ie tyre makes what looks best, how big can you go etc etc.
Im not interested in looks, ask the wife she will tell you how smartly dressed i am all the time.
Just can i fix it cheap or do i need new wheels?
