two door window winder mechanism

My driver door mechanism is knackered, and looking at a spare scrap one I have, that is badly worn also - can you buy these, and if you can, how the hell do you refit one? No way the whole frame mechanism will come apart, so do you cut / weld the inner door?

If you cannot get a mechanism, are there any others that can be "made" to fit, or is it finding a second hand one that is not completely gone

You aint alone here Fella .....Mines in an identical state (its sheared off at the top, sorta triangluar bit, bout the centre of the door)

I used some of that "Liquid Metal" to bond the sheared off bit back together...(That was yesterday afternoon) ...I aint bin out to look how it faired yet this mornin !!!!
