After a fruitless search...I'm going to get the turbo tested in the morning as i'm not sure its performing well, not much of a whistle and top end 65mph. Its a disco 200tdi in a 90.

What sort of reading should i expect to tell if its ok?

If you're not getting additional fueling on boost you'll get those sort of symptoms. Have you checked the pipe from wastegate to injection pump is ok and that the diaphragm in the top of the IP isn't split or stuck to the top housing?

Pipework looks and feels ok..theres a definitive lack of grunt though. Too cold to be buggering about outside so i'll get the local garage to give me an hour of floortime to look properly. Seems to have lost the whistle since the conversion 4 months ago and i'm sure there was better mpg and mph.

Wuss ;)

FWIW stock boost pressure for a 200 is between 0.75 and 0.85 bar or thereabouts, anything up to 1 bar is fine on the stock intercooler, more than 1 bar without a better IC is a bit of a wasted exercise.

I fitted a TIM turbo boost gauge to my 200tdi Ninety today - maximum boost appears to be 0.75 bar. Seems a bit on the low side, but I guess it's acceptable?

isn't atmospheric (big word for the week ) pressure 1 bar so i would say you should be getting 1.50 - 2 bar max ,but youll wont get max boost unless you really work the engine like up a hill foot to floor

Boost pressure gauges measure pressure above atmospheric pressure - so at rest it sits at 0. I took the Landy out for a good thrash and it was definitely opening the wastegate at 0.75 bar. I know I could adjust this - just not sure I want to risk it.

mileage you're doing storm would suggest it all needs a good cleanout, intercooler flushed etc. worked a treat on my mates 300 and you can check all the pipes while they're off.
