Turbo filter

Iv changed the turbo filter I put on the new one the same way as the old one came off. I see there's an arrow on the filter its pointing upwards as the filter hangs down isthis correct?[GALLERY=]

There's a clip down the back of the engine, which allows the filter to dangle.

Yeah it's currently clipped back in to that. Is the filter the right way tho should the arrow be pointed upwards towards the bonnet when it's clipped back in or should the arrow point to the ground

I point the arrow to the pipe. If this is correct or not, I'm not sure. However the filter is only used to stop dust getting to the control solenoid, so I doubt it makes any difference. As long as one end is open to the atmosphere.

Ok thanks. I will leave as is then just wasn't sure when I saw the arrow
