Yesterday on the motorway I saw a Disco towing a large aircraft engine. It wasn't commercial airliner size but it was still big. It was uncovered and as he was moving forward the airflow through the turbine was causing the propeller/impeller (whatever its called) to turn, as you would expect. Now, if he were going fast enough and airflow was sufficient would this give him any additional boost or am I a retard with absolutely no grasp on how aircraft engines work?
That last bit is rhetorical.
