Whats your views on rear tubular bumpers, I just brought one reli cheap and i'm not sure on the look.

Hav'nt fitted it yet has anybody got any pic's?

I dislike 'em. Had a Guardian on the front but took it off and replaced it with standard ... it was also a poor fit and failed right when I needed it to work!

Mounting holes too big, when jacked up they slipped, even though they'd ben packed out, and the A-frame part dented the front of the bonnet!

yes thanks - a few pics of mine are on here - or wait till Sunday?

yeah but i wanna stick it on for sunday lol, might look strange as a dont have the front one yet. but i thought if i got a front one then i would have to get back one so it does not look odd. It was only cheep £40 brand new! some chap in coventry makes them seen the add on here.

I've got on off that chap from coventry. Its ok thats bout it it fits well tho and if you remove your tow bar you get loadsa clearance on the rear.If used it to tow others out by putting a strap round it and the chassis and had no probs. For £40 you carnt realy go wrong

Thats what i thought, i need to keep the tow bar as a tow my dads sports car but it will match the front. Did you get a front bumper?

Only other promlem was as i was loading my Volvo somone came around the corner and smashed into the car! forcing me to jump out of the way and now i've been signed off work for 7days! the bloke admited liablty and my car is gone but at least i have a hire car.

ere yar

also bought from muddy j and survived a good few bangs and scrapes on the abingdon off road course over the weekend so highly reccommended here, and to be honest compared to some the prices are a real bargain,:5bhurray:

I know what you mean. I've had a look around at a few other suggestions and one which appeals is to cut down the corner pieces and remove the valence/spoiler. This looks much neater, much less prone to damage and improves the approach angle greatly.
