Evening all, after picking your brains again...

A couple of weeks ago my air compressor on my D2 for the rear bags kept running after the engine was off, this resulted in a knackered compressor. Today I have fitted a new one with new relay and fuse as this had also blown.

It ran fine for a while but then started to keep running after the engine was switched off again. The air bags are not dropping in height at all after I pulled the fuse to stop the compressor so that rules out a leak.
The fuse is starting to look a little worse for wear again so this might blow soon when I put it back in, keep in mind it's only a few hours old ...

Any suggestions as to what the cause or fix is?

Could the ride height sensors be playing havoc?

Any help appreciated 👍 👍

Hi, which fuse exactly?

No, at this point the first suspect is the fusebox or in the worst case the SLABS ECU unless it's a wiring issue somewhere and that coud be a nightmare.
FL9 the fusible link is the one that had blown. I changed the relay and compressor yesterday, then the FL9 started to look rough again before I took it out to stop the compressor from running.

I have had a look quickly under the fuse box and everything seems ok underneath.
