nope

tubeless rims have a ridge on them that holds the bead on, you know when it POPS! twice when putting em on, them

tubed rims dont have them. u can put tubed tyres on tubeless rims with the valve out and a tube in tho

defender wheels were tubeless after a while, if u want some 'matching' one goes for them

personally cudnt be arsed finding some, got some disco steeleys, they look good methinks

might be worth just taking round a good tyre shoppy and asking, last time i had my old trailer in for new tyres they put tubless tyres on the old wheels which had tubes in before. they havent gone flat yet!! :D

This needs a bit of a clarification .
You cannot but tubed tyres on a tubeless rim without fitting a tube.
You can fit tubeless tyres to tube type rims , in some rims you need to fit a larger diameter tubeless valves which can be a bit tricky to find . |It is not possible if they are bolt together rims ala ex mil , or multi piece rims .
The lack of safety humps are not a real issue if you are using a correctly matched tyre to rim size(sectional width) or unless are using very low pressures off road .
With a tubeless tyre on a tube type rim you might also have problems with slow leak due to rim to centre rivets leaking (this is a suck it and see scenario)
You can use tubes in tubeless tyres if you remove the inspection labels and any trace of their adhesive, as this is what causes the peforation problems .
If it is a high performance tyre the speed rating is reduced by factor of 1 , and may make the tyre illegal to use if the vehicle specifies a tyre of a higher rating than the tyre has when fitted with tube. HTSH
