hello
i was wondering if the condenser can be cleaned with any kind of detergent that wont affect alloy and would give a good result for a corroded condenser, like sonax or carburator cleaner,etc..but must be done while the condenser is attached to the car,coz i suspect that a corroded condenser have a negative effect on cooling,or maybe i am wrong?
thank you

The only suitable treatment for a corroded condensor is to take it out throw it away and fit a new one.

and if i am out of cash?my condenser is not leaking, but when u look at it u no longer see the shiny alloy,it is more like grey and very light brown, will that affect th cooling?

No not at all, as a matter of fact it would be better black. Black dissipates heat better than a shiny surface.

that is the key with range rovers! I have buggering a few things up by mesing with it trying to make it perfect
