Someone near me has some roof bars from a transit semi-high roof van for sale on ebay. They look a bit rough but might get them cheap. Anyone know if they would fit a disco 1.

I got some roof bars for my semi high mk5 transit. They fit well onto the disco too. Got them from halfords a while back knowing they would suit most of my vehicles. They're adjustable in every way

I got the bars for £15 . Just got to go and pick them up and hope they fit. If not anyone want to buy some cheap transit bars.

Just picked the bars up and they are much better than I had thought. They are Vangaurd commercial bars 50mmx 40mm stainless steel with galvanised mounts.Cost about £120 new and yes they will fit.

Sometimes you have to take a chance with ebay. Some you win some you lose. Thanks for the bio recipe Bio-landy. Still not found out where to get the methanol.People round here think its a heroine substitute
