transfer box

Had my d1 for 12 months now and played with high/low ratio when i got it and was fine.Now i dont seem to be able to get low ratio.Been underneath and the linkage all seems to be ok and connected.Anyone suggest what to try next.Cheers

im not sure but u can only check the diff lock linkage underneth ???? not sure tho ???

as i would think the the lever goes straight into the transfer box ? cud be wrong...?

im assumin that it has sizzed up ! u tried diff lock ??? if not try that (on grass)
to see if that has sizzed up

if it has u need to use abit of force to get it in... its common as not ever1 uses low/diff ....
if u force it in hold the lever at the bottom so u dont snap it ....

I wonder if this is an issue of technique, try this:

Engine running, trans box in high, select first gear. Clutch in, move the trans box from hi to low whilst slightly releasing the clutch to align the gears and then the trans box lever should slip into low.
