Hello there Gents

I changed my front tyres the other day and the drivers side one was bald on the inside. I went to do the tracking but the guy there told me that the whole thing is seized and I will have to change the track rod with the ernds too. I am thinkg to change the track rod with the ends and the drag assembly too. Is it a job too big to on my own? Any points I should be carefull with? Your advise is always welcome.

Pfft, manual!! Get a balljoint splitter and a big hammer. Dont try reuse the trackrod or draglink as they'll most likely be seized. Its less than an hours work in total.

Also, be carefull when braying the balljoint out of the steering box arm as i managed to knack a seal on the steering box when meant a box change :(
