That's a 30 minute drive at normal speed, so, tow speed more likely 1 hour - i'd suggest for this you would need a static tow pole and not just a tow rope... it's a long time on tow

It does make life easier if the towee knows how to tow.
Sticking hazard lights on and sat there reading text messages makes it hard work.
So if he's experienced I'd be happy to help out at that distance.

not to worry.my next door neighbour who`s a copper says he will jump in on Wednesday.
I have got a static pole in shed so will see if I can attatch it to winch bumper somehow.

fit tow ball to front bumper, length of scaffolding pole and tow hitch at each end - job done .
