What is the battery voltage? What year is the car? Why can you not enter the EKA code via the door lock?

@carper10 After checking battery, next steps are to do the door latch tests in the Technical Archive at top of this forum. If necessary refurbish or replace the drivers latch. Then you can enter EKA.

Next find out why the remote is not working, i.e. 1) does it light up & transmit ? 2) Check RF receiver under o/s parcel shelf is connected to BECM. 3) If the antenna is disconnected it's probably to avoid battery drain due to interference, so simply use the remote next to the rear window.

Final step is to turn off the EKA function and Immobiliser to ensure this doesn't happen again

i have no idea why i cannot enter eka i have tried everything including disconnecting the immobiliser cant even use nanocom cant get any data

Is your nanocom talking to the car at all, if not check the socket for green corrosion and that the wires at the back are ok

Disconnecting the immobiliser? That is not possible, do you mean the alarm sounder?
As I said before, check the battery voltage.
i have found the remote button to open the door has broken on the nanocom the immobiliser is engage and alarm is active cant turn alarm battery is fine 12.8v

Or sync with key in ignition and press buttons on remote.
We still don’t know what year, petrol or diesel.
